Here’s a truth that not everyone knows: looking and feeling your best while exercising are not mutually exclusive concepts. Shocker, I know! That’s why I like the dresses I’ve included here: they’re designed for a woman’s body. (Yes, I know that sounds silly given that they have “Women’s Tennis Dress” in the titles, but I also know that I for one have stood in front of a dressing room mirror many times before and realized that what I was trying on was probably a wildly successful design in the land of mannequins… but not humans).
